Obtain your Certificate of Full Performance or Certificate of Release
After you make a proposal or declare bankruptcy, a trustee will advise you on how to obtain your Certificate of Full Performance or your Certificate of of Release.
Form 46 – Certificate of Full Performance
Form 84 – Certificate of Release
You cannot restore your credit without one of these certificates.
